LISC, in partnership with the State of RI Department of Human Services, is excited to announce the first Wave of $8.5M in grant funding awards for capital improvement and expansion projects through the Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) Capital Fund. The overwhelming response we received in just the first Wave of ECCE Capital Fund program demonstrates the need for additional, ongoing grant resources to address more of the facilities issues that exist in the early learning community.
