City of Providence Early Learning Infrastructure Support Program Round 2 Now Open

Round 2 of the City of Providence Early Learning Infrastructure Support Program opened on March 4. This program offers a competitive pool of grants to expand access to high quality early learning facilities across Providence. For Round 2, a total of $295,000 is available through a competitive application process for licensed providers serving infant through pre-kindergarten aged children, with prioritization given to proposed physical space improvements that support compliance with regulations, remediating areas that pose risks to children’s health and safety, and supporting facilities to improve their quality rating. This application will include a menu of potential projects to select from and will require an estimate.
